The previous week was a busy week i had ever, beside all subjects and the assignments i been through to solve, this will be a good time to back on the floor and give sometimes to my blog to write what will be weekly.
This week i worked on meeting my group of IT Entrepreneurship, they're a good team member till now.. This is what i can tell about them for the past two days.
However, i worked to ensure that will be no problem in the future.
After all i guess I am as the Manager of our Organization, i could accomplish several things.
First, knowing my group, and the way we should face the future of our Organization.
Second, we separate the jobs needs to be done next week.
Third, the role of every member.
Finlay, I'm Glad that me and my team we could a chive what was concern us.
If i talk about the problem i faced, i can say easily there was not a big deal to discuss, because at the end we agreed already.. but i can notice some kinds of problem i been through, for example the name of our organization, and the design.
In conclusion, I've learned how to communicate with different backgrounds of people and make them happy.
